I'm an expert in adding in veggies wherever possible - so whether you're looking for ideas for breakfast, lunch or dinner - or even dessert - you'll find plenty of hidden vegetable inspiration here.
Great for picky eaters
If you're the parent of a picky eater (like me) you'll know where I'm coming from.
Trying to get a veg-avoiding child to eat their greens can feel impossible at times.
And while I'm all for honesty, sometimes, as parents, we just want to know that our kids have had some nutrients in their diet!
That's where hidden veg recipes come in
Adding a portion of veggies to main meals, smoothies, breakfast and puddings can all help to improve a picky eater's limited diet.
