Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Aflac located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling Aflac products to businesses, educating clients on available benefits, and building strong relationships with customers. The role will involve identifying sales opportunities, prospecting new clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Account Management experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
